Requirements:

Eligibility is for families on the KanCare United Healthcare Plan OR children eligible for free or reduced lunches through the school district. Simply bring in, or upload, your Member ID card or letter stating free/reduced lunch eligibility and complete a sign-up form to utilize our scholarships!

Full application must be completed for each participating child, including required documentation. You do not have to upload both! We only need KanCare document OR free/reduced lunch eligibility document.

Classes must be approved before payment, to verify class has available space, so please allow for a wait period before paying for classes.
